RCC to operate remotely Thursday, Jan. 23, campus to remain closed
Robeson Community College will continue to operate remotely on Thursday, January 23rd due to weather conditions from the winter storm.
“Our top priority remains to be the safety and well-being of our students, faculty, staff, and community,” stated Executive Vice President Eric Freeman. “In response to the current inclement weather and dangerous road conditions, classes scheduled for Thursday, January 23, 2025, will transition to remote instruction where feasible.”
All events scheduled for Thursday, January 23, 2025, have been canceled as well.
Both students and employees are reminded that they should be prepared for remote work and instruction on Thursday. Staff and Faculty should follow directions from their supervisors regarding tasks associated with remote work environments and they are asked to ensure office phones remain forwarded.
As weather conditions may change, the RCC campus community is asked to continue to check their college email, website, and social media pages for further updates.
