This curriculum is designed to provide students with the skills and knowledge required for employment in the baking/pastry industry, including restaurants, hotels, independent (bakeries)/pastry shops, wholesale/retail markets, and high-volume bakeries, and or further academic studies.
HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT
Your work will help your organization develop solid plans and identify key processes that will help it run smoothly and efficiently.
Cosmetology
The Cosmetology curriculum is designed to provide competency-based knowledge, scientific/artistic principles, and hands-on fundamentals associated with the cosmetology industry.
LAW ENFORCEMENT
Develop an understanding of the Law Enforcement system while exploring endemic and emerging issues in the field.
BLET / Criminal Justice Technology
CULINARY ARTS
The Culinary Arts Curriculum provides specific training required to prepare students to assume positions as trained culinary professionals in a variety of foodservice settings including full service restaurants, hotels, resorts, clubs, catering operations, contract foodservice and health care facilities.
TEACHER PREPARATION
The Associate in Arts in Teacher Preparation degree shall be granted for a planned program of study consisting of a minimum of 60 semester hours of credit (SHC) of college transfer courses.
EDUCATION
The Early Childhood Education Associate curriculum prepares individuals to work with children from infancy through middle childhood in diverse learning environments.
