President’s Office hosts ‘Grits and Good Tidings’ breakfast for RCC employees
The President’s Office treated employees to a “Grits and Good Tidings” holiday breakfast as a show of appreciation for the work that they do.
The breakfast was prepared by the culinary arts department and included grits with all the toppings – bacon, sausage, cheese, and lots of butter. Biscuits were also served, which could be paired with grape jelly, molasses, or some homemade apple butter.
“We thank all of our employees for their contributions over the past year,” stated Executive Vice President Eric Freeman. “We hope this celebration will bring good tidings to you and your family, as we embark upon the holiday season and enter the new year.”
“We wish all of our employees and their families a joyful, holiday season,” stated RCC President Melissa Singler. “We couldn’t do this without you, so thank you for all your hard work, your dedication, and your perseverance. We appreciate the gifts and talents each of you bring to Robeson Community College and the love and support you show to our students.”
