- Emergency Medical Services

The Emergency Medical Services program provides individuals with the knowledge, skills, and attributes to provide advanced emergency medical care as a paramedic for critical and emergent patients who access the emergency medical system and prepares graduates to enter the workforce.
- Medical Sonography

The Medical Sonography curriculum provides knowledge and clinical skills in the application of high frequency sound waves to image internal body structures.

- Nurse Aide

The Nursing Assistant curriculum prepares individuals to work under the supervision of licensed health care professionals in performing nursing care and services for persons of all ages.
- Nurse Aide II
-
Nurse Aide II provides training in Nurse Aide II tasks. Emphasis is placed on the role of the Nurse Aide II, sterile technique and specific tasks such as urinary catheterization, wound care, respiratory procedures, ostomy care, peripheral IV assistive activities, and alternative feeding methods. Upon completion, students should be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills and safe performance of skills necessary to be eligible for listing on the North Carolina Nurse Aide II Registry through the NC Board of Nursing.
Nurse Aide II is offered through curriculum. The next class will begin March 11, 2024. Please contact our Admissions Department at 910 272-3342 regarding admission requirements and registration process for this course. A high school diploma or equivalent is required for all curriculum courses.
- Practical Nursing

The Practical Nursing program prepares individuals with the knowledge and skills to provide nursing care to children and adults. Students will participate in assessment, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care.

- Radiography

The Radiography program prepares the graduate to be an entry-level radiographer, a skilled health care professional who uses radiation to produce images of the human body.
- Respiratory Therapy

The Respiratory Therapy program prepares individuals to function as Registered Respiratory Therapists an/or Certified Respiratory Therapists. In these roles, individuals perform diagnostic testing, treatments, and management of patients with heart and lung diseases.
