Dustin Long Promoted to Vice President

Dustin Long has been promoted to the position of Vice President for Information Technology and Chief Information Officer. 

“This promotion recognizes the contributions Dustin has made to Robeson Community College and stresses the importance of information technology and system support to our college.”, said President Melissa Singler.

Born and raised in Chadbourn, NC, Dustin spent 8 years with WakeMed beginning as a PC Technician and leaving as the Systems Engineer. He eventually returned home, starting at RCC as the Network Operations Manager and eventually the Chief Information Officer.

“I am extremely thankful and excited about my new role at RCC I am looking forward to being a contributing member to help RCC not only achieve it’s enrollment goals but to also help pave the way to making our college a desired destination for our local, surrounding, and online students.”, said Dustin.
