60 employers expected at RCC Career Fair, April 15

Robeson Community College will be hosting its annual career fair on Tuesday, April 15 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the center lawn of the main campus in Lumberton.

The event is free and open to the general public and will feature everything that is needed to jump-start your career. RCC will have staff onsite to assist those looking to enhance their skills through short-term training or earn a degree so they can continue to climb the ladder and obtain greater success in the workplace. 

So far, sixty employers have registered to attend the career fair, representing businesses and industry from across Robeson County and Southeastern North Carolina, and the college anticipates it will receive even more registrations by the day of the event. 

As witnessed at previous job fairs held on campus, many attending will walk away with jobs on April 15, and some will receive invitations for interviews, so if you are looking for a new job, please dress for success and bring many copies of your resume to give to employers.

In the event of rain, the job fair will be held on April 29.
