Help Desk Support

Information Technology provides a wide variety of technical support to students, faculty and staff to enhance learning through the use of instructional technologies.

Hours

IT support is available:

Monday – Thursday 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Friday 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Saturday 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

 

Self-Service (Staff & Faculty)

You can login into our self service portal using your network credentials to enter, review or cancel a help desk request.

You can email your help desk request to IThelpdesk@robeson.edu. Please include your name, email address (if different), phone number, and a detailed description of the problem.
