Robeson Community College offers job placement services for currently enrolled students and alumni. Students seeking full-time or part-time employment can inquire about job openings at the job placement office in Counseling and Career Services located in building 13, room 1302.
Students will have access to sample resumes and cover letters and receive assistance in completing job applications. Students also receive critique of resumes and cover letters by the office staff. Upon review of a resume, the job placement office will keep the resume on file for a semester at which time an updated resume will be required.
The job placement office post jobs on the career board and in other designated areas in student services. The job placement office will submit resumes for students seeking any of the jobs listed on the career board.
Alumni and currently enrolled students are offered assistance in seeking full or part-time employment. Job placement personnel act as a liaison between students and potential employers. Counseling and Career Services provides opportunities for students to participate in resume writing and job interviewing workshops that prepare students for the world of work.
